As your instructor, Sensei Christina, a 5th-degree black belt, creates a safe and encouraging environment where you can get in shape, learn self-defense and develop confidence and discipline. The colored-belt system gives you tiered, attainable goals to work towards, allowing you to see your own progress and giving you a sense of true accomplishment.

The skills you learn in karate are transferable to the real world. Our students often find that the focus, awareness, and confidence they develop on the mat goes a long way in their professional and personal relationships.
